Intake Specialist

Position Summary

• As the first point of contact for our potential clients, the Intake Specialist plays a crucial role in setting the tone for our client relationships.

Duties and Accountabilities

• Answering incoming calls, evaluating potential cases, and scheduling client consultations.
• Gathering details, insurance information, police reports, etc. for potential claims.
• Setting appointments on calendars to include time and place.
• Determining eligibility by comparing client information to Firm requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
